The Google Scholar plugin in your plugin gallery should be the most current version that is compatible with OPS. I wouldn’t recommend installing a plugin that is not available in the plugin gallery.
Just a heads up that we’ve encountered a lot of posts with threads about journals (for OJS - but there may be similar issues for OPS) and other publications experiencing Google Scholar issues, and we’re attempting to direct them into one place and close off the other threads in order to help keep the forum tidier in accordance with our guidelines. There is this thread, if you’d like to have a look. But, please know that fixing systemic issues related to Google Scholar is out of the control of PKP. Some community members may be able to comment if they’ve encountered similar problems.
If you’ve just setup your OPS site it might take a while for preprints to start being indexed in Google Scholar (some have seen their articles appear weeks or months after setting up their site initially and publishing articles/preprints).
