OPS Crossref doi plugin problems

Dear team,
During publishing preprint doi plugin shows error. Article is not converted to XML format.

Can you please provide more details: what error messages are shown? what version of OPS are you using (e.g. 3.3.0-4)? How were you expecting the article to be converted into XML?
