I created a role based on omp “press assistant” and assigned this new role to a user…
Docs says “Press Assistants can access only the workflow stage and monograph to which they have been assigned. They need to be explicitly assigned to the monograph at the appropriate stage to gain access. By default, most roles fall under this set of permissions.”
The problem I am experiencing is that the person on this new role is automacally assigned to every submission I submit, even when I didn’t explicity assigned him to the submission. Am I missing something here or is that a bug?
