OMP OAI DC-Metadata minor remarks

We just tested our OAI Interface and realized that within dc.title the Prefix is missing (e.g. “Geschichte” instead of “Die Geschichte” when “Die” is defined as a prefix). Furthermore we realized that newlines e.g. from dc.description are deleted. I’m not sure if that’s on purpose or if those are some minor bugs.

We are using OMP 1.1.1

This patch against OMP 1.2.0 should cause the prefix to be included:

I haven’t tried, but it should be possible to apply this patch to OMP 1.1.1 without alterations.
