When an author submits a document that was missing from the submission, this file is not automatically included in the submission files.
Describe the solution you’d like
Include an “Include file in submission files” option for files submitted during the Pre-evaluation Discussion. Today it is necessary that the file submitted in the discussion is downloaded and then uploaded to the submission files again.
