[OMP 3.3.0.6] Publishing is very slow

Dear PKP Team,

after unpublishing a monograph because I wanted to change some metadata, publishing took a very long time.
I experimented with it, e.g. for a publication with 15 chapters it took several minutes.
I debugged and looked into the logfile:
212325 INSERTs and 25535 SELECTs.
After that I disabled pdftotext in config.php and the problem was gone.
Is this a known problem? Is there a solution for this, other than disabling pdftotext?

Right - sorry about that. I missed that in the title of your post. I’m not sure if this is a known issue with OMP - from looking at recent related issues it doesn’t appear to be, but I’ve flagged this with our dev team in case this needs to be investigated further. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
