I’m unable to delete completely a category.
I deleted it from index.php/[press]/catalog/category/eletricidade
But it still remains in dropmenu “browse a category” and inside table categories.

Go to Settings > Press, find the Categories tab, and delete the category from there.

I wrote it wrong.
I deleted from settings/press/categories tab and it still remains inside my database.
I can’t see it in settings/press/categories tab, but I can see in drop menu.
That is the problem.

Hmm – when you delete it from Settings > Press > Categories, do you see any kind of error? Can you check your PHP error log to see if something appears there?

I tried to delete other items and I don’t see any errors in log.
I looked for any error in previous log and I’m unable to find anything related.
Can I just delete it from my database?
Why can I see it inside my database and I can’t see it in Settings > Press > Categories?

When I delete the parent, the sub categories remain.
It’s already a traked bug? How can I solve my problem now, just delete it from database?

I created a new category “DELETE” as a new parent and updated my database to the new parent ID.
Then I deleted sub categories and finally the parent.
