The OK button of the ‘Assign Auditor’ in OMP is not completing the task. It simply is showing the loading icon. However, in reality, the Auditor will be getting the intimation in time.

Check your server’s error log to see if there is any information there. You’ve probably hit a PHP error.
Also please include your OMP version.
