OJS3 installed but with issues

Did you receive a notice at the end of the upgrade process telling you that it finished successfully?

I have the same problem discussed in this thread and here is the the error I have read it from this file (C:\xampp\apache\logs)
May any one help me to understand where is the problem exactly ?

Hi @Wagd,

There are several problems discussed in this thread. Can you clarify what you’re seeing? Also, that error log appears to be your Apache error log; your PHP errors might be getting logged in a different file.

I mean I faced the same problem Mentioned in the previous link

thanks for your Replay , I deleted the previous Journal ,then I create new one , the problem have been solved finally.

"I hope from the team to provide Online Courses Or YouTube Channel to teach the steps of creating journal ,So every one will learn it especially for they who does not speak English and the Documentation is hard to understand for them "
