OJS3 installed but with issues

Did you receive a notice at the end of the upgrade process telling you that it finished successfully?

I have the same problem discussed in this thread and here is the the error I have read it from this file (C:\xampp\apache\logs)
May any one help me to understand where is the problem exactly ?

Hi @Wagd,

There are several problems discussed in this thread. Can you clarify what you’re seeing? Also, that error log appears to be your Apache error log; your PHP errors might be getting logged in a different file.

thanks for your Replay , I deleted the previous Journal ,then I create new one , the problem have been solved finally.
