[OJS3.0.2] Uploading HTML/XML with all Dependent Files

Uploading an HTML or XML article with all its dependent files (css, js, images etc.) requires way too much clicks.
1.
There could be a simple test, whether the uploaded file is HTML/XML.
2.
If true, the next tab should allow you to add all dependent files (ideally as a bulk upload – all at once).
3.
Then Save.

Thanks
Tobias

Hi @twa,

We’ve received similar feedback from others, and will be improving this in a future release.

Hi @asmecher,

What about HTML articles that after the upgrade to 3.0.2 did not preserve its style and images? It gets confusing in here…what do you suggest?

Thank you,
Best regards

Hi @digitojs,

The original request was for a bulk uploader to reduce the number of clicks required for dependent files (images/CSS); I think your question is different. Could you post it as a new topic, with as much detail as possible?

Sorry, I didnt’t notice I was writing here, wrong topic. I’ll open a new one.

Thank you

Is there an update on the release of a bulk uploader to reduce the number of clicks required for dependent files?

Hi @Janet_Swatscheno,
