3.3.0-9 is a bugfix release that corrects several minor issues. 3.3.0-10 corrects a minor build problem in 3.3.0-9. For a complete list, see Github Issues for 3.3.0-9 and 3.3.0-10.
These releases include a security fix which we recommend addressing. Details on the issue, including instructions on patching previous releases, can be found at pkp/pkp-lib#7649. Thanks to Hemant Kashyap for reporting. Note that a configuration change is required in addition to the upgrade.
