Our site administrator is facing challenges in setting up multiple journals for many OJS configurations, especially using plugins. For example, a custom block needs to be added to each journal and the custom lock created at site level is not available across all journals.
Describe the solution you’d like
My suggestion is to have a checkbox available on all plugins where the same configuration details could be used across all journals. for example, custom block manager, paypal payments, etc. if that checkbox is selected then all journals will read configuration information from main site plugin settings. To override, the journal level plugin configuration checkbox could be removed and journal level configuration settings will be used.
Who is asking for this feature?
This is going to be highly useful majorly for Journal Administrators but will also be useful for Technical Support, including developers.
