This is something you’ll have to investigate on your server, I think. It’s related to the ADODB library, which is used in older upgrades to synchronize the database schema against XML files describing the database structure OJS needs. If you want to experiment further with some isolation from the rest of the OJS upgrade process, you can try tools/dbXMLtoSQL.php.
