Describe the problem you would like to solve
In a multijournal OJS installation, reviewer invite statistics are global and cannot be limited to the journal. This leads often to confusing situations. For example, in the image below, Madame Rêve has 2 actives review but not with the current journal and Professeur X is indicated as being invited once, but not but the current journal : ¸

Describe the solution you’d like
Make the statistics display in the reviewer invite page configurable, either globally (on/off for all the journals in the OJS installation) or journal specific (each journal can choose to display either all stats or only its own).

Who is asking for this feature?
The majority of journal we host (10 - https://revues.ulaval.ca/ojs/) want the statistics to be specific to there journals.
