OJS 3 Norwegian translation

Hi. We have updated the translation of the Norwegian language package for OJS. Many universities in Norway have contributed to this translation.We think we are finished with the translation.
How do we put this translation in the main translation of Norwegian in PKP?
We have the downloadable tar.gz package of the whole translation.
