Implement a control in the website settings to configure the navigation menus. … - [ ] Nav menu items should be able to be re-ordered and nested up to one level. - [ ] Default menu items should be available for the homepage, announcements, current issue, issue archive, submissions, login and registration. - [ ] Custom menu items should be able to be created. The user should be able to define content for each custom menu item in a large TinyMCE field. (This should effectively implement the old Static Pages plugin.) - [ ] A new journal install should automatically configure a navigation menu with the default menu items as well as a custom menu item for About the Journal. - [ ] Themes should be able to register the nav menu slots which are available, and a control should be available for each slot. (For instance, the default theme would offer a slot for the primary menu and a slot for the user menu.)
