Unfortunately, after changing the setting to “collation = utf8_polish_ci”, the same error still appears.
The only thing that has changed is the display of the ’ sign in the message.
Previously it was ‘=’ and ‘issueId’
and now it’s ‘=’ and ‘issueId’.
