[OJS 3.1] Missing key/translation grid.action.addSubscription

Hello all, @asmecher,

On OJS 3.1 there’s a missing key used in the subscription management pages.
The title attribute for the link calls for grid.action.addSubscription, which I couldn’t find anywhere.
If it’s the same as for “Create New Subscription”… Otherwise, where should we add it?

The same applies to adding content to the English-language software as for other translations.
