Hi, we just upgraded two OJS from 3.1.0-1 to OJS 3.1.1 and all the image files that had been uploaded as “other” files by authors have gone missing. They’re on the server but OJS is not showing any image files now.
Do they show up in the lists (“grids” in OJS terminology) but not in your published articles, or do they not show up in the lists anymore at all? A few screenshots to clarify where they are and aren’t might help.
Also, OJS 3.1.1 does not include the capability for authors to edit metadata prior to copyedit is finished - we need this urgently - we have discussed this previously, this is a major problem for us.
I think you’re talking about this thread. There are some good ideas there for how to proceed, but they haven’t been implemented yet.
