Hmmm… @Adriano_Jose, could you check if your supplementary files are in your files folder in OJS 2.4.x (in journals//articles//supp/)? The supp files are in the DB table article_supplementary_files. Also, when the upgrade stops/fails, are those supp files in the attachment folder (journals//articles//attachment/)?

Please, have a look into it and let us know whether it fixes the issue you’ve reported.
