We have often noted that reputed publishers has an option in their journal hosting application to sent back a submitted manuscript to the author to incorporate required steps before considering the submission for review. It will be very useful if OJS add such a feature. As you know, currently, once an author submitted a manuscript, he/she can not further edit the submission. Sent Back option needs to change this situation. Thank you.
