Locale keys without any value in en_US

Hi,

We have found the key “log.review.reviewUnconsidered” that was not translated in fr_CA. We tried to add a french value for it, but in the translator plugin, it wasn’t even there. I verified in the en_US folder but no sign of key “log.review.reviewUnconsidered”.
In Github I have found the key and its value in GitHub - pkp/omp: Open Monograph Press. I’m guessing that you will have to add this key to the en_US locale and others. I tried adding it on my staging server in /ojs/locale/fr_CA but even if I can now find the french value of the key in /cache/fc-locale* it does not appear in the UI.
