This is addressed in several posts here on the forum (it is always helpful to search for the error message you are receiving here on the forum and see what relevant posts come up). This one in particular provides a good explanation: (Resolved) The tar command is not available. Please configure it correctly in your "config.inc.php" - #4 by ctgraham
