Install OPS Css is not loaded using HTTPS

I just ran the OPS installation using https. The problem appears css is not loaded. So that only text appears with a white background

but when run install using http looks good with css , help

Solved , vhost apache add
SetEnvIf X-Forwarded-Proto https HTTPS=on
