in OJS, it is only possible to configure the abstract as mandatory or optional (this is done as a Section configuration).
Some article types such as book reviews do not need an abstracts. Though having the ability to make abstracts optional is a kind of solution, it would be better if editors have the options not to display the abstract metadata during the submission process.

Add an option not to use the abstracts so that it is not displayed during the submission process.
Maybe this can be achieve by:
- Adding a new configuration when defining a Section in OJS (Settings, Journal, Sections).
