An import, which was running for a long time, with Native XML Import, has been interrupted, and now it is giving me some errors throughout OMP.
The import was about 15 books in a particular series. Now both the catalog and the page for this series are blank, they don’t load. It also happens, in the back-end, with the Administration section. In the submissions section, it says there are two active submissions, but they are not visible. So I understand that something has been left unfinished.
Has anything similar happened to anyone? Any idea how to fix this?
I have tried disabling the plugin you mentioned, but it still doesn’t work. It seems that the error in the system does not come from the import itself, but from something else that I don’t know about. Luckily, we had a recent backup and restored the OMP.
Returning to the import problem, I am doing a “massive” one (about 15 books) and it doesn’t finish loading correctly. It doesn’t cause any problems for the OMP administration, but something is left unfinished.
As I mentioned, it marks submissions that are not visible, or if I want to export it doesn’t work, it just keeps loading.
