Dear All,
we have just published a new issue, and see the notification sent to all of our user. We would like to change it to something else, but I don’t see how and where we could personalize such an email. Is that possible?
Could you help me out with it?
Thanks in advance,
Bogi
Hi @bog
Your request is already open as a filed issue on our Github repo. You can contribute there or track the progress when it is done.

I expected the email that goes out to readers when I publish a new issue to be b… ased on the PUBLISH_NOTIFY template, but it does not. Instead, it uses the more basic notification email:
You have a new notification from Maximum Journal of Theme Testing:
An issue has been published.
Link: https://dev.publicknowledgeproject.org/ojs3/uiux/index.php/max/issue/current
Can we use the PUBLISH_NOTIFY template? And provide the editor with the opportunity to tweak the email before sending (which is filed as another issue).
Best,
Israel
