How to change the order of areas in home page OMP

Need to show anouncements and description hompage before New Publications and recommendation area.

There are some way to make it in the standard template?

In OMP, this would probably work similarly to OJS: Instead of changing the template, you could use CSS flexbox in your theme to change the order. See Move announcements below table of contents on homepage - #4 by mpbraendle
