How could I add contact form at contact page so that I can request users to submit following information i.e. Name, Phone, E-mail, Message?

Hello @karvind08. You could potentially do this by adding a static page: Website Settings

You could then use an embeddable form, such as a Google Form to collect your relevant contact details. You would have to embed the form using HTML - the little “< >” icon in the static page editor.

You’d have to then add a menu item to your navigation and ensure that the static page that you’ve created is included as part of that menu: Website Settings
