Sorry for the inane questions …
I can log into the installed system but I don’t see anywhere where I can add another admin user to the installation. Am I missing something or do I need to create a server first?
Is there a manual that I can consult OPS?

Promoting a user account to a site administrator role needs to be done via the database. See How to add new user as site administrator? for details. (Lesser roles can be granted through the administration interface.)

Thanks for your help.
If I understand correctly, I can promote a user to have admin rights through SQL, once they have an account.
When I click on “Register” it currently says that the server is not accepting registrations.

This probably means I have to create a server first, is my assumption correct?
