Thats not active… is the url in this setting is the same url in your log file?

; The canonical URL to the OJS installation (excluding the trailing slash)
base_url = "http://pkp.sfu.ca/ojs"

You need to check the url inside the usage event log file…

What is the URL recorded in the log files (could you open a few log files and copy a few URLs here) and what is your base_url in the config.inc.php (at the beginning), as @mohd_arshad said?
