Error upgrading OMP from 1.1.1.1 version to 3.1.2

Hi pkp Team:

When i upgrade my databases from 1.1.1.1 to 3.1.2 i get the following error:

omp: DB Error: Duplicate entry ‘27-es_ES-preferredPublicName-0-0’ for key 'user_settings_pkey’

Software installed on my server:

mysql Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.2.12-MariaDB
PHP 7.2
Apache/2.4.37 (cPanel)
