ERROR AFTER UPGRADE OJS 3.0.2 from 2.4.6

Please help me with this error… after upgrade ojs 2.4.6 to 3.0.2

if make new submission, and upload file always “http error”
i can delete/change logo in top menu

Uploading file to Galley gives "HTTP Error." (OJS3)
