Error 500 registration page

The code here suggests that this shouldn’t be enabled for the site index:

but only enabled within a journal context.

Your URL is referencing the site index: “index.php/index/user/register”. I’m not sure why the code excludes the possibility of registering from the site index, but this should work from within any specific journal.
