Entity relationship model and the relational model of the database

Hello, I am currently building a university project in OMP and I would like to find the entity-relationship model and the relational model of the database, I need to put them in my thesis file. Can you help me with that?

There is no ER diagram for OMP but you can create your own with a nice FLOSS called schema spy:

If you don’t like schema, I think workbench is not available any more, but you have some nice alternatives:
