Enabling addons causes Error 500

I installed and uninstalled OMP 3 times… because of Error 500 that happens every time after doing settings.
In the third time I confirmed that just enabling unchecked addons (PDF attached) results immediately in an 500 Internal Server Error. (I check them all except for Google Analytics plugin)
I know this is not normal, as there are not conflicts between these addons
Any fix?

OMP version: 3.3.0.15

As for other replies in this forum, it seems that plugins (or some of them) are buggy… causing this problem.
I`ll refrain using the plugins… which means limited functionality… so, I may stop using the script itself.
