Email sending never completes

I successfully updated from OJS 3.3.0-15 to OJS 3.4.0-4. But I encountered two problems. I cannot add discussions and send Notify inParticipants. I have Cyberpanel on the server and I am using php 8.1. You can see the error in the image below.
