Email Notify to Participants

We are using OMP 1.0b.
When within a submission and we will give participants notified. After we select a template email and when the email reaches the variables as {authorName} and other. are not covered.

How are you sending the notification?

By the way, OMP 1.0b is both very old and beta code, so we aren’t going to be able to provide much support for it. I’d strongly suggest upgrading to OMP 1.1.1.

Hi @Enrique_Manuel_Touce,

Is it feasible for you to upgrade first and then test if the issue still exists? If so, I’d suggest starting that way.
