Our editors need help staying on top of manuscripts where all reviews have been submitted. With an added email notification, they would be able to take the next editorial action much more efficiently.
Describe the solution you’d like
An email notification to be sent to editors of a manuscript that all reviews are in. The information that triggers the notification is already available visually in the submissions list but an email notification gives editors an immediate and direct indication that an action is needed. The email notification can be optional (as the others are).
Who is asking for this feature?
Journal editors made this request after noticing that some submissions with all reviews in sometimes fell through the cracks (our editors are managing hundreds of submissions at any given time).
