DOIs are not registered in OPS

Hi @AMAURY_PEREZ_MARTINE, I reviewed the XML that was sent to Crossref and it seems to be putting the “alt-name” and “ORCID” in the incorrect order in the XML, which doesn’t align with the behaviour in the plugin for OPS 3.4.0.8. I also noticed that the schema version at the top of the XML is not correct.

One last file I can think to check is plugins/generic/crossref/version.xml in your OPS installation - what is the content of this file?

I think you need to do a full and careful review of the files in your installation at plugins/generic/crossref to ensure they match everything in the official release package for 3.4.0.8 - I think something has gone wrong in the installation for this plugin’s files.

Hi @Kaitlin,
I apologize for the delay in writing but, we have tried all the guidelines, and it has not worked. What can we do? We have created the XML without using the OPS plug-in, and we have registered the DOI.
Although it is an alternative to solve the situation, we would like the plug-in to work due to the number of submissions we will publish.
We are attentive to your messages.
Best regards,
Amaury
