Hello,
A supplementary file for an article was included, but the file isn’t displayed anywhere (at least as far as I can tell). I turned on “Enable Reading Tools for designated sections of journal” and selected “Supplementary Files”. Why is the file not displaying?

See the journal’s “Appearances” settings form, and ensure that the reading tools have been placed on the sidebar.

Many thanks. For future reference, I found this under Setup–The Look as a Journal Manager. Now the supplementary file appears in the lower right-hand corner of the article page. Hardly ideal (or findable), but it’s a start!
