I changed in my OJS 3.1.0-1 and it works.
You go on your server to folder locales/yourlocale/locale.xml
and in line 50 put as on image below
However, put your title instead of what I put. LOL!
If you use more locales you have to edit that file in each of locale subfolders of /locale folder.
