Can't find file with ##user.register.form.privacyConsent## for translation

I have an OJS 3.1.1.4 installation at my host, and a git clone in my notebook. I can’t find in either of them the messages user.register.form.privacyConsent and user.register.form.emailConsent for translation; I have searched in locale/en_US both in the main path and in the plugins. Nevertheless, when I change my installation from Brazilian Portuguese to English, the corresponding phrases are displayed in Cadastrar | Anais do Congresso Capixaba de Medicina de Família e Comunidade

How do I find and translate those two messages?
