Here is a bug or feature: after deleting the user, it’s still exists in database (psql) table “users”?

User accounts are never completely deleted in PKP software because if a user was associated with a particular submission we don’t want to lose data about that submission.

Hi @vitas,
To fully delete a user, you can use the Merge Users tool. This will transfer all assets such as submissions to another account, and then delete the user.
