The Portal of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte has dozens of journals and developed a beautiful theme for your OJS.
It is one of the main journals portals in Brazil that has updated to OJS 3. The plugin theme is available in github: https://github.com/andersonqueiroz/ufrn-theme
