Blank Page when trying to access Administration page (of OJS 3.1.1.0 multi-journal). Also in all Journals, on Website Settings only shows the first tab “Appearance”

The problem was solved !!!

Remembered that I have have created a new journal.
Looking to the “website settings” of the new journal, placed in Lists:

0 Page links

This idea come out of this:
