Authors/editor display for a book

Hello,

I am writing here for a question related to the way of showing the authors/editors of a book.
At the moment, using the default theme, the names of the authors/editors appear as a sort of list in bold, each one separated with some white space.

Would it be a possible solution to display them in a line, separated by commas instead? And also, one reader could not click on it and see the author details (affiliation, orcid, bio), as it happens now on OJS?

It is possible to control this by creating your own theme and editing the template that handles the book abstract page.

Do you think that I could maybe instead add some custom.css, more easily?
