Is the “Abstract Views” counter coming from custom code you have added to OJS? I’m not familiar with a plugin or theme which adds this, but it looks very similar to custom code described elsewhere in this forum.
This thread about the same problem is for an older version, but much of the advice still holds. It may be that your code is not formulated correctly to fetch the views which are being recorded, or it may be that your views are not actually being record in the metrics table. Reading the exchange there may help to give you some insight.
