String freeze for OJS 3.1?

Has the string freeze for OJS 3.1 started already and what is the latest date that you can consider new translation pull requests?

Hi @ajnyga,

yes, the English locale strings should be freezed now. The release is scheduled for October 20th, and we should be able to merge pull requests that get in until the 18th.
