Do you have an issue galley for the issue that you are designating as for purchase (this is required in OJS in order to setup an issue as available for purchase)? And, do you have reader fees set up: https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/learning-ojs/en/subscriptions#reader-fees
Yes, Single issue fees were set up on this journal. We did NOT have a full issue galley built for the full issue as we expected OJS to allow access to all the issue articles. We created the full issue galley and it appeared on the issue page as expected.
It is NOT clear what email is sent to the cust-omer when they purchase the single issue. NONE of the templates in our template library have anything to do with purchasing a full issue. Can someone point us to that email? Thank you!
I don’t want to lead you in the wrong direction. MY original post was raised because we did not understand that OJS required an ISSUE galley to be built and uploaded. We thought that OJS would give access to all the articles in the issue versus one large FULL ISSUE download.
As for the send template. I presume that there is a similar template for single article purchases. Again, we can’t find either of those templates in the email templates listing.
